Is there any difference between a prawn and a shrimp?!

Is there any difference between a prawn and a shrimp?

As a chold in another part of the world, they were known as shrimp.

Prawns are huge! Shrimp as you know are smaller!

No not really although I suppose you could say that a shrimp is a smaller prawn like a Crevette is a larger prawn.
But it is the same thing!

In Australia a shrimp is a shrimp and a prawn is a prawn, but in America they call a prawn a shrimp. Australia's shrimps are really small.

They're the same thing, but when they label them as prawns they charge more for them.

Cos Shrimps are bigger than prawns and they taste different.
