What are the most popular breakfast cereals in America?!

Question:

What are the most popular breakfast cereals in America?

Don't ask me why I want to know,I am just interested to find out.

Answers:
Usually the ones loaded with sugar:

Frosteed Flakes
Fruit Loops
Apple Jacks
Golden Grahams
Pops (my favorite)
Rice Krispies
Capn Crunch
Fruity or Cocoa Pebbles

Honey-nut cheerios....yummmmmm

My favorites are Honey bunches of Oats w/almonds and Honey nut cheerios

it depends on the age group you ask..the older people like the unsweetened cereals like, rice krispies, cheerios, corn flakes, wheat puffs and oatmeal, cream of wheat...the younger ones like the pre sweetened cereals...cocoa puffs, frosted flakes, franken berries, frosted shredded mini wheats...cookie crisps, etc etc.....alphabets, lucky charms...

oatmeal and grits

Believe it or not some of the most popular are the simple CLASSICS : raisin bran or corn flakes etc etc...

HELP SAVE A COW : use plant based beverages, hope in peace.

Cheerios,Fruit Loops,Chex,Frosted Flakes are #1 at our house

Lucky Charms. Kellogg's Corn Flakes. Total cereal.

Don't know, don't live there.

raisin bran, frosted flakes, fruit loops

I think that it depends on the age.... kids will want the sugary sweet cereal like frosted flakes and lucky charms... Adults would want the healthier cereal... Shredded mini wheats, Special K and total...

I was looked at with dismay when ordering toast and cornflkes. "Won't you be having something else, sir ?"
OK, I spake, give me a Bucks Fizz. to go with it.
"A what, sir ?"
Oh I give up..
I suppose a bowl of cheerios, accompanied by a meatloaf, and a pound of cheese on thick bread would ne a normal intake.

Be prepared to eat BIG.
I was frowned at for having porrige & jam.

I would think that the top 3 (in no certain order) would be cheerios, corn flakes and rice crispies.

anything with sugar, sugar and sugar.
Frosted Flakes, Lucky Charms, Froot Loops, Corn Pops, Sugar Smacks, etc etc....those are the "kid" cereals.
