What are some foods or drinks that have vitamin D in them??!

Question:

What are some foods or drinks that have vitamin D in them??

I heard VITAMN D is very good for preventing cancer

Answers:
Milk, rice, soy, margarine, salmon, and tuna are GREAT for Vitamin D! But this is important: Vitamin D only helps prevent cancer because it helps you absorb CALCIUM! So remember to back your daily Vitamin D intake with Calcium sources like milk, yogurt, cheese, soy, tofu, beans, nuts, salmon, and sardines. Apparently, some sources like milk, soy, and salmon are both chock full of Vitamin D AND Calcium, so you might want to stick with those!

orange juice that has added calcium usually has vitamin D

you can get all you need from 15 minutes of sun exposure on as much skin as you can expose (no sunscreen). this short time won't give you a burn (depending on where you live but most likely not). this is the way your body is supposed to get it. fortified foods is a recent thing. most fortified foods use substandard additives that are damaged in processing (high heat, added chemicals to prolong shelf life).
