Anyone who likes to cook?!

Question:

Anyone who likes to cook?

Well...myself...I like to cook italian food and create my own cuisines. Not too spicy but tasty says my husband.

Answers:
The thing that makes Italian cuisine both appealing and healthful is that Italians believe in using only the best quality and freshest ingredients and cooking them in such as way as to bring out the true flavors already present in the ingredients with very little enhancement. Trust nature is the Italian way.

I'm a Chinese, but I enjoy cooking, I like to prepare different kind of food - other than Chinese food, I also like to prepare Japanese, Thai, Italian, Greek, Russian, Spanish.... , I like to bake cakes / cookies, too.

I love it! I had my own restaurant even and cooked there. I retired, but I still love throwing dinner parties, cooking for family and friends, it's great! I'll try to make anything. My weakness is bread though. I'm still learning how to bake after all these years!

I love cooking, and Italian meals are what I am best at preparing. I like to prepare greek meals as well, I just love cooking and baking.
