What is your favorite vegan cookbook?!

Question:

What is your favorite vegan cookbook?

My family is newly converted to veganism. Can you recommend a cookbook with quick, easy, kid-friendly recipes?

Answers:
I found it at a used bookstore, it's called "The Teen's Vegetarian Cookbook" by Judy Krizmanic. It's actually a vegan cookbook; I haven't found any recipes that call for milk, butter, or eggs. One or two call for honey but they have alternatives listed. It also has GREAT vegan cooking tips, and even though I'm 22, I don't have great culinary skills, and the recipes are easy and tasty!

Good luck!

I just have the vegetarian times magazine, I believe you can get each years recipes in a yearly book form, check it out.

I like the Joy of Cooking Vegetarian Cookbook and I just adjust the recipes to vegan. I just adjust many recipes, even ones with meat, to vegan. Just use herbs and spices and olive oil to make up for taste.

You'll find a great selection of recipes at the Vegan Chef site:

www.vegweb.com for online recipes.
How It All Vegan and In the Garden of Vegan are also pretty good and basic cookbooks.
