Sushi bar in Las Vegas that has a good Vegetarian selection?

Cucumber and avacado rolls, inari rolls, salads, vegetarian entrees, saki selection...? Thanks!

Good question. The sushi restaurants in the Wynn hotel and Bellagio both have lots of vegetarian selections. I prefer the Wynn because it's a bit less crowded. Both are delicious and will custom-make specialities for you. Good luck!
