it is much better for you because the cattle is not fed any grains that contain chemical pestisides...most organic milk comes from freerange cows that are much healther than the cows kept in small confined pens. The milk from organic cows has a richer vitamin D content and far less hormones and anti biotics because the cow is much healther...hope it helps

There are many reasons why organic milk is better. Most non-organic dairy is made in gigantic factories that are rarely cleaned thoroughly. The milk is treated in a variety of ways to make it last longer and there are a lot of chemicals involved.

Organic milk is usually milked on small farms. There are few if any added chemicals. It's just milk! Do not be fooled by an "Organic" sticker on a Dannon (or any other large company) milk carton - the rules on labelling food as "organic" are very lax.

Better to find an organic store which buys things as a rule from small organic farmers. Also you can try soy milk, which I prefer because it lasts longer and has no chance of upsetting your stomach due to lactose intolerance.

A few years ago I moved to an apartment that is very close to an organic store, and slowly I found myself doing more and more food shopping there, and I have never felt better in my life.

Enjoy!

yes it's better. it's better for your health, there isn't any animal fat in it. you'd be surprised by what is in non-organic milk.

'What is in Dairy? Bovine protein, butterfat, lactose sugar, chemical contaminants, hormones, bovine leukima viruses.'
