On weekdays, I don't eat until my first break at work--then I have a yogurt and a small bag of microwave popcorn.
On weekends, I eat whatever looks good...leftover pizza or steak, or whatever we had the night before, most likely.
I worked night shift for many years, so I can eat literally ANYTHING in the morning.

Usually, I eat a piece of bread or an english muffin with labne (middle eastern cheese spread) and jam. I also eat a small smoothie/shake that has a banana, soy milk, yogurt, and carob powder or protein powder.
If I wake up and I am missing several of the above ingredients, I usually microwave two eggs, and put it on an english muffin or bread with labne and spinach. (Super healthy version of McDonalds Egg McMuffin)
I'm used to having a glass of milk before I hit the road at 6:15 AM. Followed by a cup of coffee at 8:45 with a toast or croissant. That's for everyday morning almost but I opted on eggs in the side 3 times a week and 2 slice of bacon and some fried potatoes. Week ends are cereals and milk, toast, coffee and Oj.
