Best BBQ sauce?!
Best BBQ sauce?
What BBQ sauce would you recomend. I like sauces on the sweeter side rather than the more vinegar side. Thanks

Mix brown sugar and red wine together and a bit of dark soy sauce . No measuring needed. Marinade your meat 2 hrs or so b4 putting them on the grill. Brush it with honey which is mix with water and voila! taste good. That's my favorite recipe for marinating.
Sweet Baby Ray's is a good one
Stubbs B-B-Q Sauce. It's SOOOOO TASTY. My fav.
I will swear to my dying day that it's Cookies BBQ sauce. It is on the sweeter side if you get the Original. They have a website too, if you're not in the midwest.
kraft honey or brown sugar the origal is also good and trust me im the master of BBQ sauce its the on condiment i eat and i eat it with just about everything.
well if you like sweeter sauces go with midwest BBQ sauce. In Kansas City we make our sauce sweet. I like auther Bryant's sauce or Jack's Stack sauce. If you are not in the midwest Kc master pice makes an ok sauce but go with the orignal or the spicy. the spicy is still sweet but it also has some spice in it.
sweet baby ray's original. nice and sweet.
"cattlemans BBQ" is off the chain try "jim beam" as well
I would recommend Megadeath sauce. It is fantastic spread liberally on a wide range of Barbeque meats.
It, and a whole world of other crazy sauces are available from Hotheadz.com
"ENCONA ORIGINAL HOT PEPPER SAUCE" IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! VERY HOT BUT DELICIOUS WITH THE BARBIE!
Barbecue Sauce (PLEASE note the only correct spelling of barbecue):-
Olive oil, tomato ketchup and honey in more or less equal proportions then a good dollop of soya sauce. If you want some heat, add tabasco.
Quick, easy and tasty.
I make my own and it can be used as a marinade or as a dipping sauce.
Basically it is two parts tomato ketchup to one part brown sauce. Good splash of Worcestershire sauce, a tablespoon of liquid smoke, heaped teaspoon of lazy garlic.
If you want to make it more firey then some crushed chilli can be added but give it an hour or so to soak in the rest of the ingredients.
Here is a few nice sauces to try,
Bullseye BBQ Sauce (Sweet Hickory Smoke)
Mama Hairston's Sweet Sauce
Jim Beam Honey BBQ Sauce
I also dig Levi Roots Reggae Reggae Sauce.
The best BBQ sauce ever made in my opinion is the banana bbq sauce from nature isle tropical gourmet. www.naturegourmet.com. It is made from bananas and pineapples, no tomatoes, msg, or glutten and its kosha. Its the best. It's a little bit on the sweet side too.
nice sauce i like the sweet side 2, waht i really like is the way the chilli side crept in after about 2-3 seconds of tasting it
