There is no legal age on energy drinks although there probebly not good for younger children or the elderly, or anyone for that matter. They have a lot of side-effects and health risks and can screw with your heart and sleep patterns and mind etc.
The minimum age is 25 except in all states that have the letter "R" in their names, in which it is illegal for people of all ages.
it depends on how well you can handle the caffeine and sugar but you can be any age to buy it
i used to work at a store and we werent allowed to sell to people under 16
