May I have an authentic recipe please.

Answers:
This is the recipe my abuela from Bayamon uses. Es muy sabrosa!

-1 (16 oz) can red kidney beans
-1/2 tsp adobo seasoning
-1 tbsp. vegetable oil
-1 slice cooked ham or salt pork, cubed
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (5 g) packet of sazon con azafran seasoning [comes in enveloped in a box]
-1 & 1/2 tbsp sofrito sauce
-1 & 1/2 cups of white rice, uncooked

1. Cook rice and make sure you let excess water out of rice
2. In a saucepan, heat oil on low-medium heat and put in the ham or pork.
3. Once it starts to sizzle, add the garlic powder and adobo seasoning.
4. Next, add the red beans. (Drain most of the liquid, just need a little bit to make the sauce.)
5. Mix together and serve.
