If you are ust talking about the trip its normally 2-8 hours, If you want it gone quick, eat sweet foods (if you can face it). If that doesnt work try to get sleep.I had a 'bad one', my husband put me in bed, (the darkness helped a lot) and next morning I was fine. If you are taking about not showing in Urine etc, sadly I dont know
