Where can i find the cutters to make a fruit bouque?!

Question:

Where can i find the cutters to make a fruit bouque?

like flowers and leafs.

Answers:
I agree with the first answer. a small knife, to help you might try diffrent blade sizes and lengths depending on how think the melon/fruit is.

Personally, I would just use a paring knife. They are small enough to handle such delicate designs. But if you really wanted a special cutter, talk to your local restarant supply place. They could help you order one. Hope I helped!

As the first respondant said check restuarant supply stores, I bought a range in Toronto Canada at a Chinese kitchen/hotelware store, they use them for vegetable carving, but can be used fir fruits, like watermelon, other melons, apples and pineapple. You can do a bit of hand carving, I learn a bit of Thai fruit and vegetable carving when I was a chef in Canada over my 20 year career.

My advice is to check the YellowPages for hotelware suppliers and if you have an Asian community they might have a kitchenware supplier to check out.
