Tea or Coffee?!

Question:

Tea or Coffee?

There is more caffiene in Tea than Coffee (supposedly). So why does coffee make you feel more irritable and shakey if you drink too much unlike Tea?

Answers:
Black Tea contains more caffeine than coffee in it's DRY form but you use MORE coffee per cup than you do tea. And more caffeine leaches from the coffee during the brewing process since the water is hotter. A cup of BREWED coffee contains 60 to 120 mg of caffeine whereas a cup of black tea contains about 45 mg. And trust me, if you drink too much tea ( two pitchers of iced tea a day!) you feel irritable and shaky!

get caffeine free tea

depends what you drink, some teas have less caffeine than coffee. The more caffeine in either drink can have side effects that affect some people

tea is healthier
coffee has more sugar and is not very good for you
it stunts your growith

There's more caffeine in tea than coffee. Tea has a property that allows slow absorption of caffeine. Coffee doesn't .That's why coffee makes you jittery and tea doesn't.

I drank coffee to stay awake! the shakes and irritability I'd always put down to tiredness. You learn every day, don't you?

coffee mostly iced coffee
