Yes, but I hate it! It does not taste good and is too chewy.

yes. just tastes bitter and I try not to eat it

you mean the insides? yes, they're filled with fiber. on the other hand if you mean the outer part....you can also.....but it's bitter and nasty.

You can, but sometimes it's a bit stringy, but it is good fiber.

Of course you can! it doesn't taste too great, but it won't hurt you at all! There is actually a lot of vitamin C in the white part of an orange.

sure, it's called the pith... and it's bitter, but you certainly can eat the whole orange.

You can but it is not rally good for you because your body can't digest it well, so it stay inside you for a while, and it can cause some blockage, but over all it won't harm you. It's like swallowing gum. Just try not to eat the white stuff.

yes it,s called the pith, it is very bitter

Yes.

The "white part" is known for its high content of vitamins, which is actually equivalent to the amount of vitamins in the remainder of the orange. The "white part" aka rind is used as a flavorful accent in many recipes. It is also included in orange juice, as whole oranges are squeezed to create it.

Of course you can; it won't poison you. It just tastes awful (in my opinion). =)

Yes I have, I think it is called pulp. I don't think it tastes real good but ya you can eat it.
