Is jamba juice really good for you?!

Question:

Is jamba juice really good for you?

Answers:
Jamba Juice and fruit smoothies overall are an excellent way of getting the nutrients from the 5 fruits per day that you need.

The only down side is the fact that they don't have the fiber from the fruit skin that the body needs.

Also, if you are watching calories, smoothies can be very high...as much as a candy bar or burger, but with better nutrients.

Yes.

tastey asF-uck and Yes good for you Indeed

They make it with real fruits and real juice, and it's not made in a factory... so probably yes.

If it has natural juices in there then yes.

yes, if you order with less sugar

Its juice it tastes good and it has vitimins. I don't if that all adds up to being good for you but it sure is good to drink.

Yes, Jamba Juice is a healthy choice filled with vitamins and protein.

Depends on whether you need to lose weight. Juice has a lot of calories. You're better off drinkin water.

Yes most people dont get enough fruit in the day and their smoothies sure beat soda =)

Yep! It is made with real fruit and juices! It tastes great and is very healthy.

They even add boosts, most contain vitamins. There also aren't any additives. You can watch them make it while you are waiting.

For the calorie debate:
A typical Jamba smoothie contains 450 calories, 2 grams of fat, 5 grams of protein, and 110 grams of carbohydrate.

That is only 23% of the calories needed in a daily diet. If you are eaing healthy then you should be balanced otu with calories at the end of the day. (Based on 2000 calorie diet)

Jamba Juice can also customize to meet specialized nutritional needs. Like substituting whole fruit for frozen yogurt to reduce sugar content and boost fiber. They can also replace yogurt with nondairy sorbet if you are sensitive or allergic to dairy products.

most of the drinks they have are high in calories, best eat your fruits the traditional way.

yeah did you really need to ask. they use all real fruits and jucie.

It's not good for you. You're misled by the fact that they use fruits and natural ingrediants but you don't think about the other things they add to it, namely sugar. I remember looking though Jamba Juice's website and getting scared by the amount of sugar there is in a size Sixteen, 40+grams. You might be thinking that it's only sugar but the truth is that if you consume too much sugar it gets converted into fat.

If you must drink Jamba Juice looking through their site and pick out drinks that aren't high in sugar.
