How come I eat breakfast before I do to school and I am starving 2 hours later?
I normally eat breakfast before I go to school and I am full. Rwo hours later I get to school and I am starving like I never ate breakfast. It is also not time to eat lunch yet. Why is this?

include at least 10 gm protien (2 eggs or a pot of yoghurt) some high fibre food ( wholegrain toast/ cereal/beans) and some complex sugar(grapefruit/apple or orange)

Eat something like whole wheat toast and oatmeal. The complex carbs and fiber will keep you fuller longer. Hope I helped!

You need to have fiber and protein in the mornings to keep you full longer. Carbohydrates, like typical cold cereals or bagels, tend to burn off quickly and leave you hungry. Try whole wheat cereals, bagels, English muffins, or toast for a lot of fiber. Top it with peanut butter, lean breakfast meats (or soy substitutes), or cheese for protein.
If that doesn't help, take a snack with you. Stay away from sugary snacks, though.
Depends on what you have eaten. You need to have foods with carbs. The more carbs you eat, the longer it takes to get hungry again

Maybe you need a small snack just before lunch...? Like a fruit or a pudding or something. Your body is telling you that your breakfast is not enough I guess.

Chances are you are still growin and ur matobolism is speeding up so u need to eat more often
You need to have a big bowl of hearty oatmeal preferably with nuts or fruit mixed in and 2 cups of hot coffee..take some cheese or peanut butter crackers with you to eat if you get hungry before lunch...and drink plenty of water..works for me!
Are you having a high carb meal.... if you are, it will fill you up, but make you hungry in about two hours.... try a high protein breakfast....that should help out a bit....
