What makes you bloated?!

Question:

What makes you bloated?

How can you avoid it?

Answers:
don't drink with your meals,
don't drink carbonated beverages
dont eat foods that cause gassy reactions in your stomach,

you will know this best because it's your body- generally for most people- onions, cabbage and crucerious vegetables, too much bread/sugary cakes, popcorn, some aerated foods.
when you eat, be concious of how you chew. chewing with an open mouth and /or talking while eating brings more air into the gullet which can be trapped by the food and you have more air in your stomach.

Salty things, and foods and drinks high in carbonation make people bloated. Try not swallowing as much air when you eat and drink, and monitor your sodium intake. Hope I helped!

consuming too much carbohydrates are the main cause of bloating. Because glycogen, the main source of energy for your muscles and liver, is stored as water in the body. You can avoid bloating by drinking a lot of water. It will tell your body that it is in a "hydrated" state so it will be okay to get rid of the excess water.
