Which is a better breakfast out of the following???
A bowl of Special K cereal (the kind with chocolate in it) with skim milk in it or peach yogurt with grape nut cereal mixed in it? What else could I put instead of the grape nut cereal in my yogurt to make it more filling? Which is healthier of those two breakfast choices?

the peach yoghurt option, add some 12 raw almonds for protien and fibre
Both are healthy, but the peach yogurt might be a little better for you. Try mixing in granola, or fiber one cereal. It tastes great!

Healthier---yogurt and grape-nuts, that is if the yogurt is not flavored with the sugar sweetened fruit at the bottom or something like that.

Special K cereals are a scam! they make you believe they're so healthy blah, blah, blah, but they aren't..they are full of un-necessary ingredients and loaded with high fructose corn syrup. I used to eat it when i did'nt know any better, but now i do. You should get a better cereal like All-bran, Raisin Bran, Kashi, or Cheerios..
I would deffinantly eliminate the Special K as an option and imidietly pick the yougurt/ but an even better choice is plain lowfat yougurht with a peach and a glass of 100% orange juice and a handful of berries =]
