Easy pie crust for Chinese red bean buns?!
I want to make Chinese sweet red bean buns from my cookbook. I have a package of koshi an but no package of pie crust. I want to pack these in my obento tomorrow and I live half an hour out of town. What is a recipe I could use that makes two 9-inch pie crusts?

It is made with only butter, so you should have all the ingredients in your house. Enjoy!
P.S. I only use a stick and a half of butter (instead of the two that the recipe calls for), and the recipe still works out great!
