How long is chinese food good in your fridge?
I got take out on Thursday....is it safe to eat tonight and an eggroll?

It's probably okay, but I wouldn't keep it another day. It's tonight or never!
I wouldnt, but if it smells okay still then maybe its okay. Its really your call, just remeber its better to be safe than sorry!

Its been two days...i'd eat the entree' but I wouldnt eat the egg roll... eggs and things of that sort get wierd after a day!

it is fried so ought to be ok, but smell and taste will be your best guide. if it is odd in smell or taste then toss it
Most foods if prepared properly will last 7 days in the fridge. If you want it to last longer than 7 days, put it in the freezer.
Of course if it smells bad, never eat it!!
