ketchup, soy sauce, salad dressing/mayo, pickles, pepperoncini peppers, jam/preserves, tabasco sauce
milk, eggs, butter, creamer/table cream, cheese(gorganzola, parmesan, clotted cream), tofu
steak, fish, pork chops, chicken.....and hot dogs!
pears, oranges, bananas, strawberries, grapes
maybe a couple of TV dinners and pot pies and a couple of frozen pizzas.

Milk, butter, eggs, bacon, vegetables, fruit, hamburger helper (the boxed stuff), hamburger or some kind of meat to last a week, especially sandwich meat.

Eggs, yogurt, butter, milk, cheese. Juices and fresh fruits and vegetables. Poultry and meats and anything else that you like that needs to be kept cool.

Stock it with what is essential to you.

I am allergic to Ketchup so it will never be in my fridge. I love Miso so i have two boxes of it. Tofu is also a staple in my fridge.

What are things you really like and things that are essential to you? No one gets up in the night with a hankering for capers or djion mustard, although both are wonderful.

Apples, cheese, all things that you like and can't do without.

What I did was buy all the things that I knew I was going to need on a daily basis in addition to the basic staples that you should have on hand just in case. Hope this list helps.

milk
eggs
butter
ketchup
mayo
mustard
salad dressing
cheese
loaf of bread
salsa
bottled water
juice

In the freezer:

a bag of your favorite frozen veggies
a couple of tv dinners in case no time to cook
frozen pizza
