Chicken chapli kabab: anyone have a recipe?

This is a punjabi dish and it's delish! I just had some made from frozen pattis in a box, but I want to know how to make it from scratch.

I modified this recipe to fit your needs:

Chicken Chapli Kabab

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo finely minced chicken (white and dark meat)
1 medium sized onion chopped
Salt according to taste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp crushed zeera
1 tbs crushed whole dried red chilies
1 tsp crushed dhunia seed
Small pieces of an omlette made with 2 eggs with a little salt and black pepper
1 tsp anardana
2-3 green chilies chopped
1/2 cup of fresh dhunia leaves
1 large tomato
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
200 gms Makai ka atta (Corn meal) (do not use cornflour)
1 small onion sliced and fried till brown

Prep:
Add all the ingredients to the chickenmince and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then make into flat patties and fry in a little oil.

I don't have a recipe but I get a lot of recipes from cooks.com-its free and they have a ton of recipes

Chapli kebab
ingredients

- Mince 1/2 Kg
- green Chilli 10
- eggs 3
- mint Leaves 1/4 Bunch
- spring Onion 3 Chopped
- coriander Leaf 1/2 Bunch
- onion 1 Chopped
- ginger / Garlic 1 Tsp
- anardana 1 Tspall Spice 1 Tsp
- coriander Crushed 1 Tsp
- zeera Crushed 1 Tsp
- tomato 1 Big Chopped
- makai Ka Atta 1/4 Cup
- salt 1 Tsp
- red Chilly Crushed 1 Tsp

Instructions

Boil 8 oz kheema and chopperize with the remaining mince. Make scrambled eggs and keep aside. Add green chilly, coriander leaf, mint leaf, spring onion, onion, seasonings and ginger / garlic paste to the mince. Mix all in kheema very well. Than add scrambled eggs and tomato. Mix well and leave to marinate for an hour. Make big flat kababs and fry on tawa. Serve hot
