yes. cut and season ribs. fry on med to med-hi heat til browned nicely. wonderful.
These are also good to cover with kraut and then bake, after frying.
Why would you want to ruin spare ribs by deep frying them?
My answer is " YES" , they will get done inside out , and possibly more....... What do you mean "if they smell, what next"? Sounds like you've left them in the refrig too long and you're trying to fast cook them. Look it, deep frying spare ribs is a no-no ... If they have been left too long refrigerated, they will not taste any better fried , baked or on the grill. Deep six them in the garbage.
