Question:

How do you get the porky smell out of pork chops?

Pork chops rock but they smell funny kind of after cooking them.....what should I do?

Answers:
soak them in a salt/water solution for at least two hours in the fridge.....then take them out and marinade them in salt, pepper and fresh garlic......(wait at least 45-60 mins or more if you can) take them out flour them and fry, or bake or grill.....they willl also taste tender this way. It's called brine......look it up....good luck

HELLO!? Sorta the whole experience of eating pork! Ya get the smell! Pork with beans and bacon....YUMMM!!

Eat fish

Open the window or order a veggie pizza.

Lemon

Throw them away, and eat something else.

As soon as you find out, I'd like to know how to get water to stop feeling wet.

Season them with spices you like; strong spices like onion and garlic is good. It'll help cover up the "pork smell."

Soak 'em in whiskey.

Buy Beef.

A couple of things come to mind. First, try a marinade. Soaking your chops in a flavorful marinade for a couple of hours before cooking will not only help to improve the flavor of the meat but it will also make them more juicy. The second thing to try is cooking your chops with flavorful vegetables and/or herbs; onions, garlic, mushrooms, carrots and celery are all good choices for vegetables, thyme sage and rosemary are good choices for herbs.

Eat them problem gone.
