PETA's ACCIDENTALLY VEGAN IS A TRAP. not everything on that list is vegan. some of the foods and snacks they list have animal ingredients.

Water is a safe bet. Other than going in there and reading the labels on everything your not going to know 100%. Especially from asking on the internet. You never really know whos answering your question.

marshmellows, altoids, starburst,skittles,anything smores,lucky charms,little heart shaped valintine candy,jello(obviously!).
You can also check the label

Unless an item is marked as vegetarian or vegan you cannot be certain that it contains no traces of animal products. There are enough healthy yummy vegetarian items available in most Supermarkets today to make me wonder why a vegetarian would even consider buying unhealthy boxed things like poptarts anyways. =)

It would be a good idea to go to a health food store if you could. They are likely to have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian foods. Also, their staff are usually very good sources of information. They usually can answer any questions you have about ingredients and such.
