The benefits are the anty oxidants but that stuff has tons of sugar even the diet ones try this buy green tea Uncle lee's brand (that's the best one) put a pitchher throw some tea bags inside refrigerate and enjoy if you you like it sweet put splenda or a little sugar this is way better that lipton t do it all the time

it has alot of caffine and sugar but there are still antioxadants.
I personaly would get the packets that are caffine free.
