i know people don't like him very much, but i really dig bobby flay. he's fun to watch.
Even though he is quite arrogant, it has to be Bobby Flay.
gosh they are all good in there own right. Maybe Batalli for tradition. Kat Cora for presentation, and Flay for all around yum. But Morimoto is a classic, his food is clean and concise.

He knows exactly what to mix together to give foods the best flavor and presentation.
Yeah, he's a jerk, but Bobby Flay's dishes on Iron Chef are probably something close to what the average-skilled home cook could reasonably replicate.
The flavors of Mario Battali are good. If you go to his restaurant you will be amazed. Battali is the best their. But Flay is a close second.
easy. Bobby Flay. Cat Cora is the loser of the group that never gets picked. Mario Bittali is a fat slob.
I think Morimoto is the best home chef in Iron Chef America. He's consistent in the quality and plating of his food but most importantly he's humble and always respectful to the other contestants and to the judges.
