left over pizza

hungry man frozen dinners

None! Nothing ever comes out tasting good from the microwave! It all comes out over dried and with a cardboard or soggy texture.

There is an EXCELLENT book called "A man, a can, a microwave" that will load you down with great microwave meals you can make just by combining a few easy ingredients. You can get it for like...3 bucks...at amazon.

vegetable rice!!!! Mix chopped vegges, washed rice, salt, species, water and let it heat on power 9 for 20 minutes.

Marie Callender's Country Fried Pork Chop w/ Cheddar Bacon Potatoes and Vegetables. The pork chop is a tender and thick cut with an amazing seasoned breading that somehow stays a little crisp. The cheddar bacon potatoes are also well seasoned with potatoes that taste real, complementing the pork chop.. Mixed vegetables are average quality. I am not a fan of anything microwaved but the flavor and texture of this boxed dinner gets pretty close to how grandma did it! I never prepare food in the microwave. Leftovers are the only other foods I zap. Unless you consider popcorn a meal!

Fresh broccoli and shrimp. I use cut up fresh broccoli with just a few tablespoons of water in a bowl tightly covered with plastic wrap...micro until just tender. Once broccoli is tender I add a bit of salt, pepper and a few cooked frozen shrimp from the freezer. Stir them in, microwave just a minute or two later until shrimp are warmed through. Don't overcook or broccoli will get mushy and shrimp will be though. I use precooked frozen shrimp that come in the 2lb bag at the grocery store. You could also use the ones from the seafood counter at the market. If you want you can serve the dish over some of that precooked rice in the bag that microwaves in like a minute.
