Take a leaf of lettuce that is shell shaped, like Iceberg and add some tomato, egg, grated carrot, cheese, gherkins, pickled onion etc.
Add some dressing and seasonings s & p and roll and eat with some bread

Hard-boiled egg
String cheese with whole grain crackers
Raw nuts(almonds,cashews,peanuts)

Cottage cheese

vegies and fruits are great for you. it's summer so no matter where you live you should have good selection. find a fruit / vegetable store that sells them at reasonable prices and enjoy experimenting with all the different ones out there. microwaveable popcorn can be healthy. fruits fresh and dried are healthy and satisfy your need for sweets. ritz crackers and a slice of cheese are healthy. cottage cheese with sliced fresh summer tomatoes is yummy. cottage cheese is also great with strawberries or cantelope. there are small individual servings you can buy of applesauce. many new flavors. jello sugar free or fat free / sugar free pudding is great. you can add a little spoon of cool whip light for extra flavor. a small serving of almonds or nuts is good for you but watch the quantity. the frozen ice cream as low carb treats and skinny cows which are not too bad for you. enjoy.

THINSATION COOKIES hahaha only 100 calories/pack :P hahaha actually not really.
Real healthy snacks would be something like carrot, celery or broccoli sticks, preferrably without dip to make them even healthier, cherry tomatoes are also good.
Or dice some fruit like melons (haha my favorite!!)
PUFFED WHEAT SQUARE!! Make your own and reduce the syrup! FRESHLY popped corn hmmmm yumyumyummmm
Thin slices of low-fat cheese or low fat cream cheese spread on multi-grain crackers are not bad either
Rice cakes are also pretty darn good :)
