What are good meals for a runner? IE. Lunch and Dinner (I don't eat breakfast)?!

Question:

What are good meals for a runner? IE. Lunch and Dinner (I don't eat breakfast)?

Answers:
After you run, your body needs protien to repair muscle damage. You also need carbs for energy. For lunch, a sandwhich with meat and veges on whole wheat bread would be good. For dinner, a piece of grilled meat or fish with rice and veges. Your body works best with a combination of protien and carbs.

I hear carrots are good I.E. dangling on a stick in front of you while your running trying to catch it
