Is it good or bad to drink coffee everyday or every morning??

me myself rarely drink a coffee,but i think that lost of people drink it everyday or every morning...is it good or bad for health??

Like alcohol, drinking coffee daily is neither good nor bad as this isn't a black/white issue.

There are some health benefits to drinking coffee as it's packed with anti-oxidants and may help in warding off certain cancers.

There are however some negatives to coffee such as addiction to caffeine, potential stomach problems and in some people rapid heartbeat and increased blood pressure.

So it's really up to you and your system to decide if drinking coffee every day is good or bad.

it's not good for health... once you start drinking it everyday you become really dependent and you can't stay up without it

i sure hope not - I have 2 or 3 cups every day...it's my morning comfort food.

The jury is still out on this subject - every couple of months it seems a new study comes out saying it's good for you or bad for you.
If I were you I would drink it moderately ( 2 or 3 cups a day ) but also remember that most sodas have caffeine too.

being as I am a coffee drinker, I do know that it is not a great thing for your health, or your teeth. Coffee stains, and caffeine being in it are two of the reasons why coffee is not good to have all the time, so is the fact that once your system is used to having coffee, and then you cut it out of your routine, and you get a tremendous headache. I reccommend not becoming a regular coffee drinker such as I am. not good for you at all. but yet I do it everyday.. tell me why? pretty stupid when you think about what it does and what good benefits it has. not many..

Coffee is the opposite of good for you. If you need the caffeine to wake up in the morning, drink water instead. Water is the ultimate everything for your body. It helps you sleep, it helps you wake up and it heals your muscles. Caffeine, sugar, and coffee are not good for you. Try water, your body will thank you and you will notice the difference in how you feel.

Yes. You become addicted to it, like a drug.

i think it's best not to have the caffiene. if you are not on it ... don't get on it. you are better off without it.

Well i think drink 1-2 cups per day is fine.I drink 1 cup of coffee every morning and i drink tea all day.I feel very good.I'm never get sick.Every thing if too much ,absolutely it will not good for you.

actually they are refreshing. Its not at all bad, only if it is within limit, 2 or 3 cups a day is fine.

Consuming coffee increases ph level of your blood and also makes stain on your teeth. Though the ph level increased by one or two cup of coffee can be easily handled and a brush after having coffee can protect your teeth.

The pros:
coffee reduces diabetes and parkinson's
coffee stops cavities

The cons:
a cup of coffee may temporarily raise your blood pressure and this could increase immediate risk of hart attack
coffee can cause palpitation or irregular heartbeat
coffee can affect your sleep

And there's much more which can be caused by coffee. But one or two cup of coffee is not that bad I think.

It probabaly isn't but I do it anyways. It's pretty bad to be addicted at 16.

It is not good because you tend to get addicted to it.
to check wheather you are addicted to coffee just don't have coffee for a day if you feel a head ache or very thiristy to have a coffee then you're addicted.....
Try some health drinks like Boost,Horlicks ,Bournvita....

Depends on your body chemistry. Some people can handle coffee, others can't. I drink 10 to 15 cups a day, with no acid stomach, sleep like a baby. I don't know whether you've noticed, but it seems like everything you eat or drink that tastes good is somehow bad for you. lol.

If you drink it every morning it WILL be bad for health.
If you want to stay up or somthing just drink energy drinks,but not to many or that can be bad to. its not good to drink more than one of them a day.
