Should applesauce be refrigerated?!

Question:

Should applesauce be refrigerated?

Answers:
for the store-bought ones, not if it's opened
for homemade ones, yes you have to!! but then again, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU CANNOT FINISH YOUR HOMEMADE APPLESAUCE WITHIN ONE DAY!!! :P heehee

Once it has been opened, yes.

Yes!!!

Once you open a jar or can, refrigerate it. Homemade applesauce also needs to be refrigerated or it'll spoil quickly.

You might need to add some lemon juice to homemade apple sauce to keep it from turning brown.

After it's been open, yepp!

Whether it comes in a can or a jar, yes it should after it has been opened. If it comes in a can, never put that can in the fridge. Put the unused portion in a plastic container with a lid.

hell yeah

yes after a jar or can has been opened, otherwise you can kerep it in the cupboard until you open it up.

yes

It doesn't have to be before you open it, but you can...it won't hurt, but defiantly after you open it otherwise it will go bad sooner...

Yes for sure, it'll keep its freshness. =)
