soybeans are complete proteins....they give you all the nutrients you need. It contains all the essential amino acids needed for the body.

If you sit in a tree stand on the edge of a soy bean crop during dear season you will likely be able to shoot a dear at some point during the day and the meat provides all kinds of nutrients and vitamins.

Soybeans are good for you. But, if you're female. Soybeans produce estrogen. And too much estrogen can cause cancer. So I've heard. Just don't take too much of a good thing.

Soybeans contain the essential amino acids that the body can not create. Meat has the essential amino acids as well but soybeans are low in fat and calories.

Soybeans have many complete fats and proteins. Soybeans have an amino acid known as tryptophan and lysine. These two proteins play a role in fat metabolism. It takes away some saturated fat and sends it away from the blood stream. Soybeans also have vitamin E which is good for the destrruction of harmful carginogens that may be in the body.

soybeans is rich in proteins... that reason alone can tell u that its good for your body.
