HOw long can I keep meat in the refrigerator after seasoning it??!

Question:

HOw long can I keep meat in the refrigerator after seasoning it??

Ifyou season meat right after buying it keep it a full night and day in the refrigerator, and then freeze it, would it still be good?? it was never previously frozen or tawed, came straight from market, season it with garlic and wine, one day one night in refrigeration and now its in the freezer for two more nights. Will it be good to defrost, inmediately cook an eat in two days???

Answers:
Seasoned or unseasoned, kept this way, it should be fine. If it was fresh to start with, then it will be ok. Chicken is the first to go and sometimes it will begin to turn after only one day if the market does not carry really fresh cuts.

If it smells bad or off, best to not even cook it. Be safe. But it sounds like you are doing right by meat.

That's fine, just never keep meat in the fridge past 2 days. Make sure its well done. If this is something on the regular, invest in that device that removes the air from bags (too lazy to go to the kitchen). You can immediaely freeze it.

it would be better to freeze the meat first then when you are ready to cook the meat defrost the meat then marinade for 2 24 hours, this would be the safest way to handle meat

I am not sure
