A life time of experience

sure

Baking requires less fat in preparation, so it is healthier for you.

Baking or grilling is way better for your health, however most foods taste better fried! Especially chicken!

yes baking is better than frying, the reason i say this is that i am a chef and was also in the medical field in the Navy. when you fry food you have to use some form of a grease. grease can clog arteries as you get older. grease is also more fattening than baking

Neither, you are far better to grill under direct heat from the top of the oven.

The only thing better for you fried is french fries. just use organic oils free of altered ingredients. The frying process creates a shell around the potatoes and actually blocks fat from being absorbed.

Baking is better than frying, not only because less oil or fat is used, but also when heating oil to extreme temperatures (as in frying), according to ayurvedic principles, it becomes carcogenic (temp above 120 C). There are only two cooking mediums that are safe for high temperatures: coconut oil and ghee. So, all round, it is better to bake.

Yes, by all means. It is a lot healthier for you. If you must fry use Canola oil or Olive oil they are both healthy for you.

i love to be baked....but fryin' is cool when i'm by myself

Yep. Less fat absorbtion - just needs a slight brushing of oil.
Grilling is better still!

Frying tastes better..
Baking is healthier.
