Amount of time to reheat Mutton Shahi Korma?!

Question:

Amount of time to reheat Mutton Shahi Korma?

Thats one of my fave curries (next to Rajasthani Ghost/Mutton)

Whats the amount of time needed to reheat such a curry thats been in the fridge for a day?

I add about half a cup of water to that curry when I reheat it.

Answers:
If you have a cooking thermometer, cook it until it is about 160 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit on the inside.

This is the minimum temperature at which food can legally be served in a restaurant because it eliminates the possibility of bacteria growing in the food and it is still low enough to prevent scalding to the person eating it.
