Who knows a good recipe for cinnamon rolls?

Answers:
Easy Apple Cinnamon Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 tube (8 ounces) crescent rolls
* 2 large apples, peeled, cored and cut into 8 wedges each
* 2 tablespoons melted butter
* 1/4 cup water

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine cinnamon and sugar; set aside. Unroll crescent roll dough; separate into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make 16 triangular strips. Place an apple wedge on the wide end of each strip; roll up. Arrange the rolls in a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Drizzle with the melted butter then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Pour water into pan, but not over the rolls. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown and apple wedges are tender.

Betty Crocker Cook Book has several and I am not being fastidious.

Cinnamon Rolls

INGREDIENTS
2 cups and 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3/8 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
7/8 (.25 ounce) package quick-rise yeast
1 cup and 1 tablespoon warm water (120 to 130 degrees F/50 degrees C)
1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
FROSTING:
2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons butter, softened
1-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/2 teaspoons milk
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine 4 cups flour, dry cake mix, yeast and warm water until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes.
Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; divide in half. Roll each portion into a 14-in. x 10-in. rectangle. Brush with butter; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side. Cut each roll into 12 slices; place cut side down in two greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pans. Cover and let rise until almost doubled, about 20 minutes.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 20 minutes. For frosting, in a mixing bowl, cream butter, confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Add enough milk to achieve desired consistency. Frost warm rolls.
