How can i prepare protein shake?

can anybody help me to make protein shake wt is the recipe?


Answers:
Usually a scoop of protein powder to 8 ounces of fluid. I recommend milk - 8 oz. of milk to one scoop of protein powder. If you are lacking protein powder, then 8 ounces of milk with one tablespoon of peanut butter will also provide a good source of protein.

Skimmilk, egg, vanilla, honey, yoghurt, fruit (banana, strawberries etc) and ice cubes. Blend with blender.

Here's the recipe I use...

1 scoop soy protein powder
6 oz. yogurt (any flavor)
Some fresh or frozen fruit (banana, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, etc.)
Some soy milk (vanilla flavor)

Place fruit in blender, cover with yogurt, put powder in, and top with soy milk. Blend until smooth consistency. You may need to add some milk or fruit to get it the way you like. It usually yields 10 - 12 oz . of yumminess.

This is a great way to get protein & fruit in your diet. : )
