I need help with a healthy breakfast for tomorrow?
What do you think of this for a healthy breakfast after my morning workout? 1cp Kashi Go Lean cereal w/ 1cp skim milk, 1 small apple and 1cp. light tropicana orange juice? Any other suggestions?

Not a bad breakfast at all. You are low on protein though, so you might want to have a hardboiled egg or some scrambled egg whites with salsa or some cottage cheese!
2 Omega3 Scrambled eggs and 2 slices turkey bacon- 200 cals, tons of protein
egg white omelette with chopped mushrooms, green pepper, green onion and a 1/2 tbsp cheese....
Make an omlet using only the white part, and only use organic. Toss in tons of veggies! On the side....make a delightful fruit salad!
the healthy breakfast i trust may be cambodegree made from:milf, rice and eggs.just you cook rice into milk after you ut oil finally you add broken eggs.
and you take an apple juice.
