What do you...?!

Question:

What do you...?

What do you put in your kids lunch's for school?

Answers:
I try to change it up ever day and keep it healthy.
Always a sandwich PB&J or a meat & cheese sandwich.
Also a piece of fruit, apples, applesauce, berries,or banana.
A little treat like a granola bar, fruit snacks, or a cereal bar.
Then a 100% juice box.
Then a bag of chips such as Sunchips, Baked Chips, or preztles.

fruits,fruts and more fruits.

the super market have a variets of them ,one for each day of the week.

One day it's pb&j the next it's lunch meat. I also switch it up! They have either a juice box or a milk from school (their choice). I add fruit, crackers, muffins, fruit snacks, chips, sometimes (very rarely) oatmeal cookies or a go tart. Every now and then I put a special treat in there if they have been doing what they are told. The best lunch is any kind of healthy foods.

Peanut butter and marshmallow fluff sandwich, white bread.

i don't have any kids but if i did i probably put all natural pb and sugar free jelly any flavor on whole grain bread with prezels
or
chicken salad with a light italian dressing and a apple and flavored water
or

I pack snack lunches for my grand kids instead of sack lunches. Sometimes the kids chose one each from a variety in each category, they like to do it themselves, it's like they made the choices.
Beverage:
Milk, water, fruit juice. Freeze water or juice and by lunchtime, it will be cold and ready to drink.
Sandwich:
Peanut butter, (I frown on sending PB&J 'cause he might trade with someone who's allergic to peanuts) cheese, turkey, tuna salad. Vary the bread choices, sometimes a bagel or tortilla.
Veggie:
Broccoli, carrots, celery, raw squash, zucchini, along with a dip like ranch dressing. Fruits:
Apples, pears and oranges, bananas, plums, grapes, cherries and peaches Cube cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew and put them in a container on the fridge shelf. Applesauce is another option.
Dairy:
Yogurt or cheese sticks.
Snacks:
Granola or fruit bars, dried fruit, raisins, pretzels, goldfish, nuts, raisins, pickles, trail mix, rice cakes.
Dessert:
Some schools don't allow them, but if yours does, pudding, cookie or piece of cake. I would not pack candy.
