Why we need to drink the energy drink?!

Question:

Why we need to drink the energy drink?

Because the energy make us happy and wild also good at sport

Answers:
Sorry, Energy drinks will not make you good at sports. You get good at sports through hard work and practice. Some energy drinks do make people happy, but like drinking liquor they regret it later. If you drink energy drinks, stay away from any that have high levels of sugar and or high levels of caffeine. The caffeine level should no more than a cup of coffee or go for the caffeine-free. Always look at the label to see how many servings in a can. Most larger cans have 2 to 3 servings, so double or triple what ever level of sugar they say by the amount of servings. ex 24g X 3 servings = 72g of sugar. Can you say pass the sugar bowl!. I have found XS energy drinks to be one of the best if not thy best out on the market. you can find them at the source below..

Because today is a fast paced world and most people cannot keep awake as long as our schedules need us to, so therefore America is drinking Red Bulls like crazy to keep the caffeine pumping through our veins!

Because Manufacturers want us to believe we need a huge sugar boost so they ,make lots of money. eating a banana or a bowl of pasta before sport gives us a good boost, and doesn't rot our teeth

We don't . They are caffeine and sugar.

by drinking it it is absorbed more quickly

One of the latest trends in the energy drink market involves a new category of “smart” energy drinks, whose formulas combine the high-power of energy drinks with the high-tech of smart drinks. Drinks such as SmartPower and NOS claim that their ingredients have been shown to modulate how the brain neurochemistry reacts to caffeine, enhancing its desired positive effects while reducing its negative side-effects. Smart energy drinks attract the more "discerning" energy drink buyer by shifting the focus from the quantity of energy in the drinks to the quality of the energy experience that the drink creates.

Energy drinks are different from sports drinks. Most energy drinks simply provide lots of sugar or caffeine. Sports drinks are intended to replenish electrolytes, sugars, water, and other nutrients, and are usually isotonic (containing the same proportions as found in the human body). Some products are now available as hybrids between energy drinks and sport drinks, having electrolytes (sport drinks, aka as isotonic beverages) and herbal extracts (energy drinks) such as Reload and Vault
