My Dad is a Steak & eggs kind of guy.. Make it a Brunch type breakfast.....

Take care...

I agree with the steak & egg approach. If he likes that type of breakfast. I would add hash browns, sliced tomato, fresh fruit & fruit juice, & coffee.

My hash brown recipe;

Scrub red potatoes and remove eyes and blemishes. Soak potatoes in water (overnight, if possible to remove starch) Chop into very small cubes.
Fry two slices lean bacon, reserve grease.
Chop 1/2 onion.
slice 5-6 fresh mushrooms.
Dice green & red bell pepper. (optional)
Dice 1 vine ripened tomato.
1/4 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Heat grease over meduim heat, add potatoes and onions and saute just to the point the potatoes will begin to brown. Crumble in the pre-cooked bacon.
Add bell pepper, cook stiring every couple minutes.
When bell pepper is cooked and potatoes are browned, throw in the mushrooms continue to toss. Just before you remove the potatoes from the flame toss in the dices tomato, you want them to stay firm but get warm.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

A Bloody Mary, Mimosa or Ramos Fizz may be in order if he is of such a nature.
