What should I have to eat?
I've been a work 11 till 4 in the afternoon and I've got until 7 when my next shift starts and i work till midnight. I'm really hungy.
Answers:
chips and gravy

Have a bagel sandwich with ham and cheese
2 bananas and a glass of whole milk. You will be surprised how well it stays with you. It's quick, requires no cooking, it's nutritious, and fast to eat.

I'm in exactly the same position as you. I started work today at 10 and don't finish until 6 and now I am so hungry I can't stop thinking about food. Usually around this time I am on the Internet searching recipes etc. to pass the time until I finish work.
My trick is to always plan my meal in advance so I don't go for the easy and unhealthy option so today I am going to cook myself an Indian dish of Khichari (rice and lentils) and spicy vegetables.I have already weighed out some of the ingredients so the meal can be ready to be cooked as soon as I get home.
How about some granola bars to keep you going?
If you have eggs in the house, make yourself an omelette and have a cup of coffee with it.
