Recipe for coffee cake in 20 minutes?

my grandma made this coffee cake with cinnamon crunch on top, it took 20 minutes and it was made with a pancake kind of mix. i dont remember the ingriedents. any one no this cake?

Bisquick Streusel Coffee Cake
Streusel
1/3 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter or margarine (not melted)
Coffee Cake
2 cups Bisquick
2 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup water
1 egg


1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix streusel ingredients in a small bowl until crumbly.
3. Set aside (if your kitchen is hot, set it in the fridge).
4. Mix cake ingredients.
5. Pour batter into 9" greased cake pan.
6. Sprinkle streusel crumbs over the top of the cake.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

20 Minute Coffee Cake

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
6 tbs white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbs butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 425F. In a large mixing bowl, combine larger portion of flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in shortening to pea sized pieces. In a smaller bowl, beat egg and stir in milk and vanilla.
Add egg mixture to the flour mixture. Stir until just mixed. Pour batter into greased 9-inch cake pan. For the topping, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon and last bit of flour. Sprinkle on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Cinnamon Streusel
1/3 cup Original Bisquick? mix
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons firm butter or margarine
Coffee Cake
2 cups Original Bisquick? mix
2/3 cup milk or water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg


1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch round pan. In small bowl, stir streusel ingredients until crumbly; set aside.
2. In medium bowl, mix coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with streusel.
3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown

Hope this helps. It is very good as i used to make this for a kids camp I worked at and everybody loved it.

I am surprised that it would bake in that amount of time, I will have to try it you can always use packaged buiscuts and douse them liberally with butter or margerine, brown sugar and cinamon and bake that up.
