My ice cream got all creamy...?
Whenever I bring home a brand new bucket of ice cream, I sometimes forget to put it back into the freezer. When I refreeze it, it still all runny, but semi-hard...Why cant ice cream stay normal, this also happens whenever I dont leave the ice cream outside for too long.

the reason ice cream does not stay normal after it warms up little then is refrozen is because the ice crystals that are formed in the beginning of making it don`t form as they did originally. they break down the ice cream.
