rub it with adobo and vinegar(to tenderize the meat) and just grill it. if you want you can add your favorite barbecue sauce.Accompany with rice and pinto beans and/or with tostones.
I marinate it with Adobo (the one with the blue cap), Soy sauce, and Terriyaki sauce for bistek. once marinated for about an hour in the fridge, I put it on th grill. My family likes it medium well, so I personally cook it until I see the juices aren't pink anymore.
