VERY easy.. Go to the store, buy one of those "Italian Dressing Mix" packets, buy some olive oil (or whatever oil it suggests) and mix. Some of them come with a little jar too.

Easy Italian Dressing Mix

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
2 tablespoons salt

DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic salt, onion powder, sugar, oregano, pepper, thyme, basil, parsley, celery salt and regular salt. Store in a tightly sealed container.

To prepare dressing, whisk together 1/4 white vinegar, 2/3 cup canola oil, 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons of the dry mix.

12 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
2 pinch dried oregano

Combine all ingredients and whisk together! Makes 1 cup

I love the Good Seasons italian that you make yourself. It's a packet of their dry seasoning you mix with oil, vinegar and water. It's tasty with Olive oil.

1/3 cup wine vinegar, 2/3 cup oil, 3 cloves crushed garlic, 2 teaspoons italian herb seasoning, 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan or romano cheese, 1 Tablespoon finely minced onion, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Optional addition if you have it, is 2 tablespoons of finely minced red bell pepper.

Mrs. Dash "original" (yellow lid) (2-4 tbsp or to your tastes)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/8 water
2/3 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
