No. We eat more chicken because it's cheaper. However, recent studies have shown that cow production (feeding the cows, and their emissions) contributes significantly to global warming. So it would be good for global warming to eat more chicken to lessen the demand for cows and reduce global warming. But then again, if transportation increases for chicken because of the rise in demand, that would affect global warming also. Maybe we should eat crickets.
