Answers:
Vitamin Water is a marketing strategy. It is mostly just sweetened water but it makes people think they're doing something healthy. i.e. "I'll eat this Big Mac and fries but I'll have a Vitamin Water with it - Wow, I'm so healthy!"

I take vitamins from time to time just to make sure I'm getting enough. Stay away from MEGA vitamins that have huge percentages like 875% of the RDA of individual vitamins and minerals. Your body can only use so much at a given time. All the extra is expelled - that's why your urine turns yellow on mega doses. You are essentially "flushing" your extra vitamins (and money) down the toilet.

If you feel weak, maybe your diet isn't well-balanced. Or you're ingesting too much simple sugar and crashing when you run low on sugar.

You may want to try eating small amounts throughout the day.

Hope this helps.

Take Vitameatavegamin instead. It's so tasty, too; just like candy!

no...lol. Not if you're refering to that stuff they sell in bottles as like an energy drink fad thing. If it was some sort of fortified multivitamin liquid drink..I'd imagine yes, but it probably wouldn't taste very good if it had all the combos of right vit/min's for the day.

Why not eat a proper, natural diet, which contains everything you need in the way of vitamins and minerals. Then you won't need to take pills. If you insist on avoiding ALL animal products you can ask your doctor to give you a shot of B vitamins once a month because you cannot get the full spectrum of B vitamins on a vegan diet.

multi vitamins are better for you but if you don't like pills there are other options too like chewable stuff.

if the vitamin water has the same amount i think it would be ok but you should ask a professional.

Your getting weak because you are not eating properly. No offense but you should find a regimen that works better. We are not designed to have to take vitamins and supplements to survive. I'm not saying to give up being a vegan, but something is wrong is your are getting that weak.
